Peanut remembers the goal even when everybody else has wandered off. That is the whole job, really, and he takes it seriously.
His trunk curls up into a handle shape that is perfect for hanging a tiny label on, so the dream gets written down and stays written down.
He is the gentlest member of the squad and the heaviest. Both of these facts make him excellent company on a shelf.
